Dissolve cream cheese in soup. Add baking soda, shrimp, jalapeno peppers. Mix two envelopes of unflavored gelatin. Stir and put in Jello mold. Chill until set. Dip mold into warm water up to rim.
Unmold on serving tray. Serve as appetizer with any type of crackers.
