Crawfish Le Roi

1/8 tsp black pepper
1-1/2 cups cooked crawfish in large pieces
1 cup sliced mushrooms
6 tbs butter
6 tbs flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup minced pimiento
1/4 cup minced green pepper
2-1/2 cups milk

Melt butter. Cook mushrooms in butter for a few minutes. Remove. Blend flour with butter, add salt and pepper, then milk, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce is smooth and thickened. Stir in crawfish, green pepper and pimiento. Serve with toast points.
