Mozzarella-Ham Appetizer Bread

One 15x4 inch Italian bread loaf
One 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups (8 oz) select shredded natural low moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
1-1/2 cups finely chopped ham
1 cup (4 oz) shredded select mild natural colby cheese
1/2 cup stuffed green olive slices

Cut 1-1/2 inch slices from each end of loaf; set aside. Working from each end, remove center of loaf leaving 1/2 inch shell. Combine cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce, mixing until well blended. Add to combined remaining ingredients except bread; mix lightly. Fill bread with cheese mixture; replace ends of loaf. Wrap in foil. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes. Cut loaf into slices.

Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
