Pecan Cheese Ball

One 8 oz softened cream cheese
1-2 tbs bottle steak sauce
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 clove garlic, minced fine
Few drops of hot sauce
2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp paprika

Combine all ingredients, stir until thoroughly blended. Form into ball. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill. Serve with a variety of crackers or cocktail breads.

Makes 1-1/2 cups.
