Country Mushroom Quiche

3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. margarine or butter
1-1/2 cup (6 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
One 8-oz. carton plain yogurt
1/2 cup Kretschmer Original Wheat Germ
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
One 9-inch frozen deep dish pie crust*

Heat oven to 325F. Saute mushrooms in margarine; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Stir in mushrooms. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 6 servings.

*NOTE: Substitute on 9-inch refrigerated pie crust or pastry for one 9-inch frozen deep dish pie crust.
