Chicken Casserole 1

3 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/2 large onion, sliced thin
2 tablespoons shortening
1 cup noodles, uncooked
1 small can whole-kernel corn
1-1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper

Preheat/bake Oven: 400F.

Boil chicken Pieces enough for 3 cups. Debone and put in casserole dish. Add each ingredient in order listed in recipe. Rinse out chicken soup cans; add about 1 can of water to recipe. Add salt and pepper to please your taste; mix. Put in oven; bake (stirring occasionally).
