Bayou Oysters and Shrimp Casserole

1/2 cup butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 quart oysters, chopped into small pieces
1 cup oyster liquid
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Pinch of salt black pepper and red pepper
1 cup bread crumbs, dry
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add oysters. When edges curl, add cooked shrimp and oyster liquid with whipping cream. Stir and add seasoning and fold in dry bread crumbs. Place in lightly buttered casserole dish or oyster plates and sprinkle lightly with dry bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly.
