Crab Quiche

8 ounces crab meat
1 unbaked, 9 inch deep dish pie crust, room temperature
1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1-1/2 cups half and half
4 eggs, beaten

Place crab in pie shell, setting aside a few pieces for decoration. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl.

Pour over crab, top with remaining crab pieces. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350F and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Serves 4 to 6.
