Vegetable Casserole 2

4-ounces fat-free cheese
4 cups frozen corn
4 cups frozen green beans
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
4 ounces sour cream (low fat)
1-1/2 cups mushroom soup (low fat)
4 ounces Ritz crackers (low fat)
2 tablespoons butter

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients, except crackers and butter. Place mixture in large casserole. Top, with crushed crackers and dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes. Serve warm.
