Broccoli Casserole 3

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Four 10 ounce boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 small cans evaporated milk
1 large jar Cheese Whiz
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
One 12-ounce bag egg noodles
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350F. While broccoli is thawing in boiling water, saute onion and celery in butter. Add soup and milk, then Cheese Whiz. Drain broccoli. Pat with paper towels to dry well, than add to soup mixture. Cook noodles as directed. Drain, rinse and add to soup and cheese mixture. Season to taste. Pour in 9 x l3 inch casserole dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Serve hot. It may be prepared the day before and cooked when ready to serve.
