Broccoli Rice Casserole 4

2 to 3 cups cooked rice
One 20-ounce package frozen cut broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
One 8-ounce jar Cheese Whiz
3 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook rice. Cook broccolli according to package instructions (10 to 12 minutes). Drain well. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Add rice, soup and cheese to broccoli. Heat until bubbly. Stir once or twice. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake 15 minutes or until heated throughout.

Serves 6-8.
