Artichoke Casserole 1

1 can artichoke hearts (set aside water)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
Romano cheese to taste (grated)
2 cups bread crumbs
Onion tops

Combine bread crumbs, garlic, onion tops and Romano cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In 8x13 inch pan, layer bread crumbs and artichoke hearts, beginning with bread crumbs. Slice artichoke hearts and layer on bread crumbs. Pour half of olive oil and half of water in can. Repeat with another layer of bread crumbs, artichokes, oil and water. Bake in oven at 350F for 30-45 minutes.
