Crawfish Casserole 10

1/4 lb butter
1 cup rice, cooked
1 med onion, chopped
Salt to taste
1 lb crawfish
1 jar jalapeno cheese
1 box frozen chopped broccoli

Saute onion in butter. Add broccoli, cheese and crawfish. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add cooked rice and pour in casserole dish. Sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350F.
