Ham and Cheese Quiche
- 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
- 1 pie shell, pre-baked about 8 minutes
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- Hot sauce to taste
- Favorite seasonings -- onions, celery, bell pepper, etc.
Sprinkle Velveeta and Cheddar Cheese in pie crust. Put ham in and add egg mixture. Bake about 25 to 35 minutes in a 375F oven until eggs are cooked.
