Microwave cream cheese in bowl 30 to 45 seconds or until soft. Add milk and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, mixing until well blended. Microwave frozen spinach in 1-quart casserole 10 minutes or until hot, stirring after 5 minutes to break up chunks; drain. Top with cream cheese-mixture; sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes or until hot, turning every 2 minutes.
