*** Combine sugars, corn syrup and cream in a 2-quart measure; mix well. Microwave (high--100%) 5 minutes or until boiling. Insert microwave candy thermometer and microwave (high--100%) 9 to 11 minutes or until 240F is reached. Add vanilla and pecans. Stir until mixture begins to thicken and is no longer glossy. Drop on waxed paper. Let stand until set.
Microwave Tip:
Combine 1-1/2 cups pecans and 1 tsp butter in a small glass measure. Microwave (high--100%) 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring twice.
