Irish Delight Pie

1 chocolate flavored ready-crust

3 eggs, separate

1 cup (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp. grated lime peel

1/3 cup lime juice (2 limes)

whipped topping

few drops green food coloring

candied lime slices

In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside. In small bowl, beat egg yolks. Mix in sweetened condensed milk. Gradually add lime peel and juice. Stir to combine well. Fold mixture into egg whites. Pour into crust. Freeze 3 hours. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. Spread whipped topping on pie and garnish with candied lime slices.
