Pear Sorbet

5 Anjou pears, very ripe, peeled and sliced

Juice of 1 lime

2 egg whites

1/3 cup sugar

2 tbsp. whipping cream

1 kiwi peeled

Process all ingredients in processor. Put all ingredients in ice cream freezer and chill until firm. Place in freezer until ready for use.
