Persimmon Pudding

1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cup persimmon pulp
2 cup milk
1-1/2 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Preheat oven 350F. Mix persimmons, sugar and eggs. Sift all dry ingredients together and mix with persimmon mixture. Stir in milk and melted butter. Add vanilla and almond extracts. Put mixture into greased 8-1/2 x 11 inch baking pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
