Lemon Bars

Crust:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
2 pinches of salt
Filling:
4 eggs
2 Cups granulated sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons flour

Preheat to 350F. Grease and flour 9 x 12 inch pan. Cream together butter, powdered sugar, flour, and salt. Put into pan. Raise edges and corners 3/4 inch. Bake 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and add filling. Mix 4 eggs, but do not beat. Add sugar, lemon juice and flour. Bake and cut into squares.

Serves 12.
