Golden New York Style Cheese Cake

Crust:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter
Filling:
5-8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup whipping cream
1-3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons each, grated lemon and orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs

Preheat oven to 400F. Butter a 10 x 13 inch spring form pan. Separate ring from bottom. Set aside. In bowl, blend together crust ingredients with pastry blender. Shape mixture into ball. Put half on bottom of pan. Cover with waxed paper, roll pastry to edge of pan. Remove paper. Bake at 400F 6-8 minutes or until brown. Set aside and cool. Assemble pan. Evenly pat remaining dough around edge of pan to within one inch of top. Set aside. In large bowl, beat together all ingredients except eggs until fluffy. Add eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour into pastry-lined pan. Bake in 500 degree F oven for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 250F and continue to bake 2 hours more. May shorten cooking time by 20 minutes. Remove and cool on rack in pan for 2 hours. Remove ring and cool in refrigerator 3 hours more or overnight.
