Peach Oatmeal Crunch

2 cups brown sugar, divided
1-1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 all purpose flour
4 tablespoons margarine melted
One 16 ounce can sliced peaches
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Fresh peaches, optional
Cool Whip, optional
Cherries, optional

Combine 1 cup brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and margarine. Mix well and pour into baking dish: Mix other cup of brown sugar, cinnamon and peaches. Pour this mixture evenly over oatmeal mixture. Bake at 350F for approximately 45 minutes. Cool after removal from oven.

Optional:
Complement dish by garnishing with slice fresh peaches and a touch of Cool Whip, topped with cherries.

Serves: 8-10.
