Fudge Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 lb margarine
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Frosting:
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
4 tablespoons cocoa
6-7 tablespoons milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1-1/2 cuts pecans
1 cup coconut (optional)

Combine flour and sugar in bowl. Combine margarine cocoa and water in sauce pan and bring to rapid boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 11 x 16 inch pan. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.

Frosting:
Combine margarine, cocoa and milk in sauce pan. Bring to rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Spread hot icing on hot cake.
