Preheat oven to 350F. Grease the bottom only of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Combine the dry brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water in a large bowl. Stir with a large spoon for 1 minute or until well blended. Do not use an electric mixer. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly. Set aside. For the topping, in a small bowl, cream the margarine, the brown sugar and the flour. Stir in the pecans and the coconut. Sprinkle the topping carefully over the brownie batter. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until topping is bubbling and browned. Cool the brownies completely, then cut them into squares. Store them in an airtight container.
