Preheat oven to 350F. Blend water, oil, eggs and extracts on low for 2 minutes. In small bowl, mix the figs and soda together. Set aside. Gently stir fig mixture into cake mixture. Pour into greased flour bundt pan. Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool well.
Icing Drizzle:
Mix together all ingredients and drizzle over cooled cake or slightly warm cake. Or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
