Chocolate Eclair Pie 1

2 large boxes instant vanilla pudding
3-3/4 cups milk
One 10 ounce box Cool Whip
1 large box Graham crackers
Icing:
One 6 ounce bag chocolate chips, real milk chocolate type
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix instant pudding and milk until it turns. Fold in Cool Whip topping. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan with butter. Put a layer of Graham crackers at bottom of pan (whole). Put half of pudding mixture on top, put another layer of whole Graham crackers. Put rest of pudding mixture on top. Put on the layer of whole Graham crackers. Put icing on top.

Icing:
Melt real milk chocolate chips and butter in the microwave. Put powdered sugar, milk and vanilla with the chocolate chips and butter. Stir. together. If not leaking, put a little more milk. Spread icing on top. Put in refrigerator overnight.

Serves 15-20.
