Put large can of evaporated milk in freezer. Chill for 1 hour (do not let milk freeze). Mix Jell-O in 1 cup hot water and add lemon juice. In 2 pie pans, crumble vanilla wafers to cover bottom of pans. Place whole vanilla wafers on sides of pie pans. Pour chilled can of evaporated milk into a cold mixing bowl. Beat milk with an electric mixer on high speed until milk is stiff or forms peaks (about 10 minutes). Gradually add sugar, beating after each addition. Fold in Jell-O mixture, gradually blending after each addition. Fold in strawberries. Pour mixture into pie pans and Chill over night.
