Fudge Brownie Pie

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter, melted

2 eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Whipped cream, optional

Fresh strawberries, optional

Preheat oven to 350F. In mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter. Add eggs. Mix well, add flour, cocoa and salt. Stir In vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until almost set. Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
