Dirt Cake 3

One 20-ounce package Oreo cookies

Four 3-ounce packages vanilla instant pudding

3-1/2 cups milk

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

12 ounces Cool Whip, thawed

Gummy Worms, optional

Crush cookies in blender or food processor and set aside. Mix all boxes of vanilla pudding with 3-1/2 cups milk and set aside. Mix the sugar, butter and cream cheese. When mixed, stir into the pudding, mixing well. Add Cool Whip, mixing well. Layer in pan, bowl or serving dish of your choice, alternating layers of crushed cookies and creamy mixture. Chill at least 1 hour.
