Red Velvet Cake 2

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cocoa
3/4 cup oil
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 ounce red food coloring
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Icing:
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
16 ounces confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350F. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Mix oil, sugar and eggs (one at a time). Add food coloring to eggs; mix well. Combine buttermilk and baking soda; add to oil mixture. Alternating with dry mixture, add vinegar and vanilla. Mix well. Turn into greased layer cake pans or 9 x 13 inch pan.

Icing:
Mix all ingredients, spread on cake.
