Fresh Peach Pie

2 pie crusts, cooked
3 pints fresh peaches, diced
2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups water
4 tablespoons white Karo Syrup
2 packages peach Jell-O

Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and Karo Syrup until clear and thick, stirring constantly. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Cool until thickened. Fold in peaches & pour into pie crusts. Chill and to with Cool Whip or blender ice cream.

Serves 12.
