Cherry Fruit Compote

Peel 1 grapefruit and separate into segments; remove membrane.

Combine with 3 cups Northwest fresh sweet cherries, pitted if desired; 2 cups seedless green grapes and 2 oranges, peeled and sliced. Blend 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup orange juice and 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger; pour over fruit. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with mint.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
