Lemon Cream with Fresh Berries

1 cup light cream
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup rose, champagne
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbs all purpose flour
1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tbs freshly grated lemon zest

Combine ingredients, except lemon juice and zest; whisk in double boiler until thickened; do not let it boil. Add lemon juice and extract. Remove and cool in water bath. When cool, spoon into dessert glasses and top with fresh berries.

Serves 6.
