Peach Cobbler 4

1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 lb margarine (solid)
2 cups Bisquick
2 eggs
2 cans sliced peaches(29 oz)

Mix Bisquick and margarine with a pastry blender until crumbly. Add sugar, milk and eggs and blend. Pour mixture into bottom of 13x9X2 baking pan.

Reserve juice from peaches and add:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup cornstarch

Bring to a boil until thickens. Add peaches and pour over mixture. Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes.
