Pineapple Chess Pie

3 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 can crushed pineapple
2 uncooked pie shells
1/4 lb margarine
4 tbs flour
1 can flaked coconut

Mix flour and sugar. Melt butter soft but not hot. Add coconut, sugar, flour, eggs, and pineapple. Pour equal parts into shells. Bake at 375F for 35 minutes. When cooled, can wrap in foil and freeze. Set out and let come to room temperature when ready to use.
