Combine pumpkin, 1-1/2 cups sugar, oil and two eggs, mixing until well blended. Add combined dry ingredients; mix well. Combine cream cheese and remaining sugar and egg, mixing until well blended. Spoon pumpkin mixture into greased and floured 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over pumpkin batter. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool; cut into squares.
Variation:
Substitute light Philadelphia Brand Neufchatel cheese for cream cheese.
