Squash Cake

2 cups squash
1/4 lb butter (melted)
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
Optional:
1 tsp all spice or 1 cup chopped nuts or both

Prepare white summer squash by peeling, dicing and boiling. Drain well.

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs (mix well). Add baking power and flour (mix well). Add squash (mix well). Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy while still warm or reheat later for 30 seconds in microwave.
