Yam Muffins

- 1-1/2 cups of flour (self-rising) When using plain flour, add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup shortening or butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Bruce's Mashed Yams
Pour in muffin pans and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350F.
