Liqueur Almond

3 cups Sugar
3 cups Water
3-1/2 tbs Taster's Choice Instant Coffee
1 qt Vodka
1 tbs Vanilla Extract
1 tbs Almond Extract

*** Combine sugar, water and coffee in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil. Cover pan. Reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Let mixture cool for half and hour. Stir in vodka and vanilla. Pour into bottle(s) and cover with plastic wrap. Store in cool, dark place for 4 weeks. For later use store in airtight containers.

Yield: 6-1/2 Cups.
