Chilled Cream of Avocado Soup

3 ripe avocados peeled, seeded
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. cayenne

Place avocados, onion, sour cream in processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add stock. Refrigerate covered until cold. Serve with dollop of sour cream and thin slice of avocado.
