Three-Soup Chicken

1 chicken, cut up, seasoned
1 can cream of asparagus soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1 can mushrooms stems and pieces
Kitchen Bouquet

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix the three cans of soup in a large oven proof Dutch oven. Add Kitchen Bouquet until color desired. Add chicken pieces, poking in until covered. Cook one hour covered. Uncover, stir, add mushrooms and cook one hour uncovered. Serve over rice.

Serves 6-8.
