Combine rice, cheese, and seasonings in saucepan. Cook until cheese melts, stirring frequently. Top each serving with 2 tablespoons sour cream and 1 tablespoon bacon bits.
Combine all ingredients except sour cream and bacon bits in a 1-quart microwave-proof baking dish. Cover and cook on HIGH (maximum power) for 2 minutes. Stir.
