Chili Mexene

2 tbs Shortening
1 med Chopped Onion
1 lb Ground Beef
1-1/2 tsp Salt
1 oz Chili Powder
2 tbs Flour
16 ozs Tomato
1 cup Water

*** Cook onions, meat, and salt for 5 min. Add mexene, flour, tomatoes, and water. Cook over low heat for 1-1/2 hours. May add red kidney beans if desired.
