6-8 lb 2 3/4 To 3 1/2 Hours.
8-12 lb 3 1/4 To 4 Hours.
12-16 lb 3 1/2 To 4 1/2 Hours.
16-20 lb 4 To 6 Hours.
20-26 lb 5 1/2 To 7 1/2 Hours.

Add 25 minutes cooking time for birds under 12lbs
