Rolled Stuffed Steak

1 round steak, 14 -16 inches
4 cloves garlic
3 medium onions
1 medium bell pepper
1 cup celery
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 lb. fresh pork sausage

Season steak to taste. Chop remaining ingredients; mix well in a mixing bowl. Spread stuffing on steak; roll the meat and fasten the edge with toothpicks.

Place in flat baking pan and cook at 325F for about two hours, or until tender. Baste meat occasionally.

Serves six.

NOTE:
A thick pocket steak also may be used, and flour can be substituted for the bread crumbs.
