Exotic Chicken Salad 2

1 teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup lemon juice
1-1/2 quarts cooked chicken in bite sized pieces
2 cups seedless green grapes
2 cups sliced celery
1-1/2 cups pineapple chunks
1 cup pecan halves

Combine salt, mayonnaise and juice; toss chicken until well coated. Chill 2-5 hours or overnight. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; chill thoroughly. Combine the mixtures just before serving. Serve on lettuce.

Servings: 8.
