Hamburques

6 slices bread
2 pounds lean chuck ground
2 pounds round steak, ground
2 onions, chopped
Butter or margarine
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
Garlic salt to taste
1 bottle Heinz barbecue sauce
Three 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
Flour

Preheat oven to 350F. Soak bread in milk; squeeze out excess milk, and mix broken bread with meat. Cook onions in small amount of butter until slightly browned. Add onion, pepper, salt and seasonings and eggs to meat. Mix and form into hamburger patties. Dip patties in flour; brown slightly in frying pan. Place patties in large casserole or large pan. Pour barbecue sauce and 2 cans tomato sauce over hamburgers, Bake at 350For 1 hour. Then add third can of tomato sauce and bake at 300F for 30 minutes more.
