Hot and Sweet Hawaiian Sauce for Sausage or Meatballs

Three 18-ounce bottles Kraft Honey Mustard Barbecue Sauce
One 18-ounce bottle Kraft Regular Barbecue Sauce
One 8-ounce jar honey
Two 20-ounce cans chunk pineapple
One 16-ounce jar hot Picante sauce
6 pounds lean ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium bell peppers, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups bread crumbs
Salt and red pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375F. In a large pot, combine barbecue sauce, honey, pineapple and picante hot sauce and simmer for about 40 minutes on low heat. Add ground meat, onion, bell pepper, celery, eggs, bread crumbs and salt and pepper to taste.

Roll meat into bite-sized meatballs and bake in oven for 35 minutes or until brown. Add meatballs to the sauce and serve.

Note:
6 pounds sliced cooked sausage may be substituted for meatballs; simply add to sauce. Serve hot.
