Chicken 6

4 split chicken breasts
Small amount of oil
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2-12 ounce cans of evaporated milk
One 10.5-ounce can mushroom soup
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion flakes and parsley to taste

Skin chicken breasts and quarter. Season with salt and pepper. Put in pot with small amount of oil and brown lightly over medium heat. Add vegetables and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add 2 cans evaporated milk, 1 can mushroom soup, stirring well. Add garlic powder, onion flakes and parsley. Cover and simmer 45 minutes to an hour on low heat. Serve hot over rice.
