Sunday Night Chicken

2 pounds chicken breast, deboned and skinned
One 32-ounce bag small noodles
1/4 pound Velveeta cheese, shredded
One 12-ounce can Carnation milk
12 ounces water
1/4 pound margarine
1 cube chicken bouillon
Salt and white pepper
1/4 cup dry sherry wine
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Preheat oven to 375F. Boil chicken breast in pot of water until done, cut into 1 x 1 inch pieces. Boil noodles in pot of water until done, rinse with cold water, drain. Place Carnation milk, water, margarine, chicken bouillon cube, salt, pepper, Velveeta cheese and wine in sauce pot. Bring to a boil. Whisk to keep from burning. Mix together cornstarch and water and add to mixture in sauce pot. Place all ingredients in large bowl and stir gently Grease 9 x 13 inch glass casserole with shortening, pour in mixture. Bake about 30 minutes in 375F oven until hot.
